What we collect
We process merchant account details, business content, customer lead information, consent records, campaign activity, billing identifiers, and service logs needed to operate GoodLocal.
How we use it
We use data to provide the platform, create approved content, deliver communications, attribute results, prevent abuse, support customers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile messaging information
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers necessary to deliver the requested messaging program, enforce consent and opt-outs, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Control and retention
Merchants may export or request deletion of their data. Customer media is private by default and is retained only while needed for authorized use, contractual obligations, security, or law.
Providers
Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Twilio, Resend, Stripe, approved social networks, Sentry, and PostHog act as service providers under their applicable terms.
