GoodLocal Account & Platform Updates is a recurring SMS program for GoodLocal merchant account users. Messages may include onboarding steps, account notices, support responses, billing and integration alerts, campaign-review notices, and optional product updates.

Merchant users enroll by texting START to the dedicated GoodLocal business number shown in the authenticated dashboard or merchant onboarding email. GoodLocal does not send program messages until that inbound keyword and its timestamp are recorded. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Local business offers and appointment updates

GoodLocal Offers & Appointment Updates is a recurring SMS program operated by GoodLocal by Suppose2LookLike on behalf of the local business named on the offer or booking page.

Messages may include requested offers, appointment confirmations and updates, review requests, referral messages, rebooking reminders, and promotional follow-ups connected to the customer's recorded consent.

Consent and frequency

By entering a mobile number and checking the unchecked messaging box on a GoodLocal offer or booking page, a customer agrees to receive recurring transactional and promotional texts from GoodLocal on behalf of the named local business. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on customer actions and merchant activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out

Reply HELP for help or contact support@suppose2looklike.com. Reply STOP to end messages. GoodLocal records the consent language, source, time, merchant, and number, and enforces a STOP request for that merchant across lifecycle automation.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must use dedicated approved senders, honor quiet hours, and send only messages reasonably connected to the customer's recorded consent.
